Join us for a relaxed afternoon in Brussels! Meet new people over a great picnic in a warm, effortless atmosphere.
How it works
- The Secret Location: The exact location will be shared with you 2 days before the event and you will be added to a WhatsApp group with all the attendees.
- The Arrival: When you arrive, simply mention that you are with "Dear Strangers". You will be guided to your group of fellow strangers.
- Bring Your Own: Please bring your own drinks and snacks to share.

Enjoy the Day: We’ll have plenty of games going on, including volleyball, spikeball, petanque, and cards, so you can play, relax, and connect with your fellow strangers.

Absolutely. Most people do. Dear Strangers is designed for people who want to meet new faces, so coming alone is completely normal.
After booking, we’ll send you the important details by email and/or WhatsApp, including the exact location, time, and anything you need to know before coming.
Tickets are usually non-refundable, as spots are limited and we prepare each event in advance. If something happens, message us on Instagram and we’ll do our best to help.
Most Dear Strangers events are international, so English is usually the main language. But you’ll often hear French and other languages too.
Mostly expats, locals, young professionals, creatives, entrepreneurs, students, and people who simply want to meet new people in Brussels. You don’t need to fit a specific profile — just come open-minded.
